Program Overview
The Organization of National and International Travel (LCL.16) program at Collège April-Fortier trains specialists capable of planning, organizing, and coordinating individual and group travel, both nationally and internationally. This program prepares students to analyze destination potential and design travel packages while delivering professional service in accordance with tourism industry standards.
Training Objectives
The program aims to:
- Develop the competencies required to analyze and select international tourist destinations;
- Train specialists capable of establishing national and international air itineraries;
- Enable the design, modification, and marketing of travel packages tailored to client needs;
- Prepare graduates to provide professional services within organizations and integrate a dynamic labor market.

The program includes 11 courses totaling 570 hours, including a workplace internship or a final project:
- Tourism Product and Services
- Tourism Geography
- Marketing and Promoting Specialized Travel Products
- European Destinations
- Sun Destinations
- Exotic Destinations
- Planning Travel Itineraries
- Creating and Organizing ravel Itineraries
- Design of the Tourism Product
- Integrating into the Profession of Tour Planner
- Internship or Final project
Duration and Schedule
The total duration of the program is 570 hours distributed over three full-time semesters. The program is offered in French and English, online and in person, at the Collège April-Fortier campus.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must meet the general conditions set out in the College Education Regulations. No additional specific requirements are imposed.
Academic Pathway
The program pathway allows for structured progression, from destination and tourism offer analysis to package design and itinerary management. Theoretical learning is reinforced through practical simulations and a workplace internship or final project.

Diploma and Certificate of Excellence
Upon successful completion of the program and fulfillment of all requirements, graduates will receive an Attestation of College Studies (ACS) issued by Collège April-Fortier.
